Truly beautiful poems and images. I found the book because I admire the work of the artist, and I thought this would be the perfect book to assist my 4 and 6 year olds in understanding and focusing on the mysteries of the rosary. The only disappointment was that there were not *more* images -- I had assumed there was one for each decade's mystery, but there is one for the first decade of each rosary as a header to set the tone. But the poems themselves are truly beautiful and made my children smile up at me with a new light in their eyes as we prayed! I would highly recommend this book, even just for an adult! Both the poems and images are simple but deep and truly well-done, exemplifying the spirit of Mary in their humble sweetness and love.Product details

EXACTLY what I was looking for! My 5 year old loves this book.
This is a lovely book for introducing Mary and the rosary to your very young child. It would be a great accompaniment to those chunky wooden rosaries every catholic tot ends up with. I would say it's appropriate for 1-3 year olds, not much older than that.
